• The third euro coin set in the "Belgian World Heritage" series is dedicated to the boat lifts of the Center Canal.
• These special structures were built about a hundred years ago to bridge the difference in height of 90 meters in the canal.
• In addition to the eight euro coins from 2007, the set contains a medal designed by Luc Luycx.
